Moneé Cottman Luckey is a seasoned public relations practitioner with more than 15 years of national and international experience.
Her combined experience at Visit Baltimore and the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts has allowed her to work with travel and tourism leaders on national multidisciplinary projects as well as PR efforts for the multicultural, LGBTQ and international markets. Prior to joining our team, Moneé reenergized the public affairs program at the National Museum of the United States Navy, which included promoting Pearl Harbor’s 75th anniversary and the 2018 MLB All-Star Game to increase the visibility of the museum.
She received her Master of Public Administration from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Georgia Southern University. Moneé is a military spouse currently living in Europe.
