"Cooking is about emotion and following your gut," said Kristin, 35, of Markleysburg, who works at Lautrec, a fine-dining restaurant at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Farmington.
Lautrec is a Forbes Five-star and AAA Five-Diamond establishment serving European-inspired dishes -- one of 27 restaurants in the world to have both awards. Kristin is the only female and among the youngest chefs to run a restaurant with those honors.
